Alec joined Cerda as part of their graduate programme after a year travelling and working abroad post-Masters completion.

Since being with Cerda Alec has rapidly grasped all aspects of the planning process and is now managing projects of all sizes for a number of high profile clients.

“During my time with Cerda, my knowledge and management of all things development control has grown exponentially and getting to grips with applying the relevant tests set out in the NPPF to draft planning conditions, and managing their speedy discharge to enable early site start, has been a real accomplishment.

Working towards my RTPI chartered status, I am expanding my own client base and leading on a number of residential schemes, primarily in and around the Midlands area.”
