Another 425 much-needed new homes approved for Taylor Wimpey (West Midlands) in Nuneaton after negotiating challenging landscape, highway and urban design issues. A superb layout which features a large country park incorporating sports pitches, footpath and cycle loops and community orchards.

The extensive house type range means that this will undoubtedly prove to be a popular development forming an integral phase of the wider sustainable Callendar Farm site, which will have its own local centre and a new primary school. The site will provide much-needed housing stock in the heart of the Midlands for families and commuters, including 212 affordable homes.  The proposed layout has been designed to conform with works commenced early in 2021 – watch this space. with the indicative masterplan for the outline consent and retain a number of mature trees and hedgerows that are within and surrounding the site.
