 THE PROJECT

Cerda were instructed to assist an architects practice to provide a robust planning and urban design justification for a previously developed site in Sutton Coldfield. 

The unused office and storage facility was capable of delivering much needed new housing. The key was to demonstrate that the proposal would not have an adverse impact on the character of the mature residential area. A thorough character analysis provided compelling justification which has been submitted to support the application.
