THE PROJECT

Coordinated the consultant team to secure permission for extensions and refurbishments to this impressive Grade II Listed Hotel.

The refurbishments were designed with the rich history and character of the estate in mind – but with a focus on improving the layout and functionality of the hotel.

The Planning and Listed Building consents will see the 165 bedrooms and suites, bar areas, new lobby and reception improved ready for its reopening in May 2021 in time for post-lockdown events and celebrations.  

OUTCOME

Following the permissions Cerda are advising on Spa expansion works to increase the facilities on offer.
