THE PROJECT

One of Cerda’s favourite recent projects, the Lost & Found in Leeds involved the planning and renovation of a listed former Gentleman’s Club as part of Marston’s new bars programme. 

The project involved sensitively, creatively and commercially transforming the landmark Listed Building securing its longevity as a viable heritage asset in the city centre. 

OUTCOME

The transformation of the premises has been warmly welcomed, evidenced by strong trading performance which has acted as a catalyst for further leisure investment in the city.
