As the newest member of the team Richard brings with him over 18 years of Local Planning Authority experience.

His skillset has been gained from working at a senior level on major residential, commercial and mixed-use proposals in rural and urban settings.

Richard also has an accomplished appeal record; which includes acting as a planning expert witness in Public Inquiries.

He is a confident project co-ordinator and communicator, adept at identifying creative solutions, and renowned for achieving results through negotiation and conflict resolution.
