THE PROJECT
On the back of Cerda successfully obtaining planning permission for a new-build, out of centre Travelodge Cerda relished the challenge of clearing pre-commencement conditions.
The hotel was earmarked for a renovation project for some time and the development team enlisted Cerda to help them achieve early condition discharge on what was a particularly tricky redevelopment site.
This is the first phase of the wider project which will involve both residential and office uses as part of a brownfield mixed use scheme.
