- The initial outline planning application was refused but on appeal, following a public inquiry with Cerda acting as expert planning witness, the appeal was approved and permission granted
- Subsequently, Cerda were appointed by Owl Homes to submit and secure reserved matters approval.
- Permission was secured for 84 dwellings.
